Our national parks range from the Glass House Mountains National Park featuring dramatic volcanic cores, in the south, to the Great Sandy National Park, encompassing Fraser Island, in the north. Close to chic Hastings Street lies Noosa National Park, one of Queensland’s only coastal national parks, and nearby are Cooloola National Park and Mount Coolum National Park. In the Hinterland, you’ll find Mapleton National Park, and Kondalilla National Park, with its refreshing waterhole.
